Policy
  • Cancellation Policy :
    Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If canceled on time, you have the option to reschedule with your deposit. The deposit can only be used for rescheduling once; thereafter, it cannot be used for further rescheduling and becomes non-refundable.
    A refund or reschedule can be given if the appointment is canceled by the stylist.
     
  • Late Arrival Policy :
    Clients may arrive up to 15 minutes late before it is considered a no-show. However, the hairdresser/stylist will assess whether the client's chosen hairstyle allows for completion within the remaining time. Depending on this evaluation, rescheduling may be necessary.
  • Payment Policy :
    We accept payment in Cash and Card (pin). Please note that full payment is required at the end of your appointment.
  • Children Policy :
    Children are welcome to come along, however please ensure they are not causing any disruptions during your appointment and are happy to wait for the whole duration.
  • Hair Allergies :    
    Please be aware that synthetic hair may cause allergic reactions. If any allergic reaction occurs, neither Lejuez Beauty nor its employees will be held at fault. In the event that you decide not to keep the extensions, you are fully responsible for payment of services rendered.
  • Preparing hair for services:
    Hair must be washed, dried and free of products, gels or leave-in conditioners.
  • Service Guarantee :
    With years of experience and a strong reputation, we consistently go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction. Any dissatisfaction expressed during your appointment will be promptly addressed. Please note that all services are final once you leave.
  • Braiding hair is not provided in the services :
    For information on how many packs are needed please contact us.
